Remembrance Sunday Service in Kimberley Park
Remembrance Sunday, 9th of November 2025. The service took place in Kimberley Park at the Cenotaph. It was filmed and broadcast live to Facebook by the team from SourceFM and BBA Media with support from Falmouth University Broadcast Students and is available to watch by clicking on the link below.
This service pays tribute to all those from both world wars and all those from the UK and the Commonwealth who have served in and supported conflicts and peacekeeping operations since then. We remember past generations as well as those who continue to fight in wars today. We remember their families and the sacrifices they have made. We remember those who have fallen, paying the ultimate price of their life in service to their country
Members of all the Services were represented along with various local groups and organisations. There was a huge turnout and all who took part and came to pay their respects, did so in the pouring rain.
It was a very moving service and we at SourceFM were honoured to take part in bringing it to our listeners and to the wider Facebook community of Falmouth Town Council.
